We want teachers who have something to say and can help us drive our school forwards.

The teaching post will be in Key Stage 2 initially and we welcome applications from NQTs.

In return, we can offer you:

· A structured programme of training to further your career. Our NQT support is provided within our trust and is tailored to meet the needs of the individual; no more generic courses that don’t apply to you! For more experienced teachers, we offer programmes of development at every stage of a teacher’s career.

· A ‘Wellbeing Day’ each year which is a day you can take off when you choose, to support your wellbeing.

· A contribution towards gym membership

· A contribution towards our staff Christmas celebration.

If you want to know more about the school, I would be very pleased to meet you and take you on a rigorously socially distanced tour. Once you see our calm, focused children and the enormous potential they represent, I am sure you will feel the same passion for this school that our staff do. Please contact me, Joanna Styles, Headteacher on 01732 354325. Officially, we are a new school because we reopened as part of Connect Schools Academy Trust in July 2019. As a result, we don’t have an Ofsted report. The one that is listed for Cage Green is an old report and no longer represents the school.
