Phoenix Centre for Autism
During the transition year, Year 5 for pupils with an EHCP, parents will receive an information pack on the Secondary Schools in their area. Staff are on hand to assist parents regarding the selection of the most appropriate provision to meet their child’s needs and make the transition as smooth as possible.
Students leaving Oak or Birch Class in Year 6 attend a variety of Secondary schools including:
- Bower Grove Satellite Unit at Astor of Hever School
- Broomhill Bank, Tunbridge Wells
- Nexus School, Tonbridge
- Helen Allison Independent School, Meopham
