Breakfast & After School Club
We are delighted that you are interested in sending your child/children to our breakfast & after school club, which is run by Cage Green Primary School and exists to provide high quality out of school wrap around care to our parents.
We offer the children a wide range of activities and we aim to provide a consistently high quality provision that the children enjoy attending and where parents have confidence that their children are having fun in a friendly and safe environment.
Whilst at the club your children will be able to participate in a wide range of activities, with opportunities to play games, play with toys, participate in physical activities and arts & crafts, as well as having the space and opportunity to complete homework and use quiet areas to relax and read. Fresh water is always available for the children to drink and we provide a nutritious breakfast and evening meal.
Breakfast Club
Our breakfast club opens from 7.30am, offering your children the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and to enjoy a sociable breakfast, served between 7.30am and 8.15am. The breakfast club is situated in the Phoenix Centre and children must be brought on to the premises by the parent/carer whose responsibility it is to ensure that their child/children arrive safely to the club and that they are signed in. Children attending the breakfast club must arrive prior to 8.15am. Children will not be accepted into breakfast club if they arrive after 8:15am. A member of staff will escort all children attending the breakfast club to their classroom in time for registration.
After School Club
Our after school club runs from the end of school until 5.30pm. Children attending after school club will be escorted by their teachers or teaching assistants, to the Phoenix Centre. On arrival, the children will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of already mentioned activities. An evening meal will be served between 4pm & 4:30pm in the canteen. For those with alternative or religious dietary requirements a vegetarian option will always be available. Children will be able to be collected from after school club from 4:30pm. Children will only be ready for collection from after school club after 4:30pm.
The Cost of The Clubs
Regular Bookings Made in Advance
- Breakfast club per session - £5.00 inclusive of the breakfast.
- After School Club per session - £10.50 inclusive of the evening meal.
On the Day And Ad Hoc Bookings
Bookings for breakfast and after school club can be made on an ad hoc basis or on the day. There is no guarantee that there will be spaces available for these bookings as regular booking take a priority.
- Breakfast club per session - £6.00 inclusive of the breakfast.
- After School Club per session - £11.50 inclusive of the evening meal.
Registration
If you wish to register your interest in a place at breakfast and after school club please complete the booking form below.
Please note that this form is time stamped and bookings will be made on a first come first served basis. Completing this form does not guarantee you a place at the club. Once received a member of staff will be in touch to confirm if your child has a space for your requested sessions.

If your child attends an Extra Activity Club on the same day they attend the ASC please complete an Extra Activity form. Staff from the Extra Activity Club will ensure your child arrives at after school club.
Cancellation Form
To change or cancel your child's BASC sessions or days please complete and submit a cancellation form. Upon receipt of the completed form your notice period will commence.
