During the transition year, Year 5 for pupils with an EHCP, parents will receive an information pack on the secondary schools in their area. Staff are on hand to assist parents regarding the selection of the most appropriate provision to meet their child’s needs and make the transition as smooth as possible.

Students leaving Saturn or Mars Class in Year 6 attend a variety of secondary schools including:
