We understand that choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.  We want to make sure that you are able to make an informed choice and one that is right for your child. 

We welcome you to Cage Green Primary School to find out how we ensure that every child meets their potential with their learning and how every child is happy and safe at school.  

You will meet with our Headteacher, Joanna Styles, whilst being shown around the learning environments. We keep our tour groups small so that parents get to go into classrooms and get a personal feeling for our school. 

You will see our children engaged in their learning though they are always very happy to talk to our visitors.

• Tours last approximately 1 hour and are for parents and carers only
• There is no parking available on site.  If you're driving, please park on Cage Green Road or Thorpe Avenue.
  

Application Process

Parents of children due to start school in the 2026-2027 academic year are encouraged to visit their local primary schools throughout the Autumn Terms of 2025. 

Applications for primary school places should then be made to Kent County Council.  Applications will open on Friday 7th November 2025 and close on Thursday 15th January 2026.
